Abstract
There are three elements for key success in Islamic Marketing. The First is trust building from stake holders. The second is to give quality service for customers and the fourth has commitment for responsible to stake holders vertically so as horizontally.
Marketing has the key for business success. Because it provides some instruments to achieve the success.Part of instruments are: lower cost of production process, lower price of good and higher quality of service for customers.
In Islam, policy instruments to become in this business are when there are: Trust, quality service and Responsibility or Amanah to stake holders (Inclueded to Alloh) and the other hand the customers need some satisfaction. Therefore the marketing system must give all of instrument until customers are satisfied.
On the other hand, because business revenues depend on customers, how to manage business marketing until customers become loyal and fanatic. Then business exist and receive the trust from stake holders and the customers apreceate & see that business is the best.
This paper elaborates about phenomena and theory of marketing in Islam. And how to be success in business and marketing with understand theory and marketing phenomena in Islam, especially for business community whose understand, appreciate and applied Islamic business system which have rachmatan lill alamin oriented.
